Location: New York, NY Salary: $90,000 to $120,000 Job Description: We’re partnering with a global real estate and professional services firm to recruit a Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of commercial real estate projects across New York. This role is suited to a proactive and detail-oriented project manager who can confidently lead day-to-day project activities while working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Projects include commercial interior fit-outs, renovations, AV upgrades, and facilities management or engineering works. You’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking projects from early definition through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high professional standard. You will work closely with senior project leaders, contractors, consultants, and client representatives, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The requirements of the role are: • A minimum of four to five years of relevant professional experience • Background in construction management or real estate is preferred • Proven ability to develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risk • Experience coordinating vendors and managing RFP processes • Strong understanding of commercial relocations, construction, and renovation projects • Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture systems, and space planning is an advantage • Ability to adapt, prioritize, and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence liaising with architects, contractors, consultants, and client representatives • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management applications • Willingness to travel approximately 20 to 25 percent of the time • Ability to be on site four to five days per week About Highline: Global recruiters specializing in architecture, real estate, and construction across London, Paris, and New York.
