You will play a vital role in delivering personalized sales solutions, establishing lasting relationships, and ensuring that each customer finds the right solution for their lifestyle. The Entry Level Account Manager Will... • Execute residential sales campaigns on behalf of Frontier Communications in an effort to drive sales, increase new customer acquisition, and promote their services and technology • Engage directly with homeowners to present and recommend Frontier's telecommunications services that meet real needs • Build trust through open, honest conversations that focus on solutions-not just sales • Execute effective sales and territory management strategies to generate a referral pipeline and increase customer acquisition • Identify customer pain points and match them with tailored service options, focusing on Frontier's quality products vs. pricing • Keep detailed records of sales activities, conversations, and outcomes to stay organized and informed • Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets and personal growth goals as determined by Senior Management and Client objectives • Represent the company and Frontier Communications with professionalism, heart, and integrity in every interaction The Attributes We Look For In An Entry Level Account Manager Are: • A genuine, people-first mindset-you care about helping, not just closing • Strong communication skills and active listening ability • High energy and enthusiasm that customers can feel • Self-motivated drive to meet goals while staying true to your values • Ability to adapt your approach for different customers and situations • Organizational skills to manage leads, notes, and follow-ups effectively • Resilience to stay positive through challenges and keep the momentum going • Comfort working independently in the field as well as part of a supportive team • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or community outreach is a plus-but your coachable attitude matters most • Familiarity with basic CRM tools or digital tracking systems (preferred, but not required) Sales with a Backbone of Trust.
