We’re looking for a Sales Executive with a recruiter’s mindset, someone who understands the talent market, connects easily with HR and business leaders, and sincerely thrives on helping organizations find high-impact people solutions. What You’ll Do • Drive outbound prospecting for or recruiting service lines Curated Pro Slate, Ongoing Candidate Highlights, and Placement services • Nurture and close deals with People Leaders, Talent Directors, and decision makers at mid-market and enterprise companies • Deliver consultative and empathetic solutioning — not pushy sales — focused on client ROI, delivery speed, and risk reduction • Partner with the delivery team to ensure smooth handoff from sales to client delivery What You Bring • A slant on action, execution and results for our clients and the business • Experience in recruiting, search, or talent solutions sales preferred • Strong communication and discovery skills; you understand how orgs hire and where they struggle • Self-starter attitude — motivated by results, autonomy, and positive client impact • Comfort working remotely and managing your own schedule • Experience using tools and technology (LinkedIn, AI tools, Canva etc.) to drive fast results Compensation • Commission role with uncapped earnings, realistic six-figure potential with consistent closings • Transparent tiered commission model HighInsight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
