HigherVisibility, a leading digital marketing agency headquartered in Memphis, TN, is growing quickly and in need of a highly motivated, proactive, and driven Senior Brand Success Manager to serve our growing client base. This role will be responsible for managing various accounts and ensuring that objectives are met. The Senior Brand Success Manager will act as a liaison between our customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Familiarity with a variety of SEO/PPC/Social and industry concepts, practices, and procedures, this role will rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Lead and direct the work of others to support client objectives. A wide degree of creativity, flexibility, and acclimation to a fast-paced and growing business is expected. This position will report directly to the Director of Brand Success. Qualifications:Five to seven (5-7) years of account management experience across advertising, preferably on the brand sideDigital Marketing Agency experience is a MUSTProven track record in leading marketing teams and managing various accountsStrong analytical skills and business marketing experienceExecutive presence and confidence working with clients at senior VP, C-suite, and executive leadership levelsAbility to connect the dots for both clients and internal teams in a clear and easy-to-understand mannerPersuasive storytelling skillsExperience actively building and maintaining exceptional working relationships with clients and colleaguesAbility to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environmentExperience taking initiative to innovate and solve problemsMust have the ability to constantly shift gears, solve problems, synthesize ideas, and listen to changing needsMust embrace curiosity and thought leadership by staying up to date on industry news, technology trends, and best practices Responsibilities:Facilitate communication between the company, the client, and the leadersManage contract creation, onboarding of services, and workflows of internal team management with Brand Success Managers and other internal teams working on brand partnershipsAttend in-person meetings, conventions, and events as needed (typically 2-3 times per year, but always subject to change)Lead day-to-day client communication and initiatives, including an understanding of business building, strategy, media, and creative projectsBuild rapport and credibility to engage in and foster strong relationships with clients and partner agenciesInfluence the development of the highest quality work within execution teams (SEO, PPC, IT/Analytics, and others as needed)Research and understand the brand, monitor competitors, and overall category to identify implications that add value for the client in a proactive mannerUnderstand the long-term and short-term goals of the clients and lead the team to stay focused on these goalsDevelop meeting agendas and take accurate notes on client meetings, disseminating information to internal teams as necessaryBuild and present client decks, including QBRs, yearly reviews, and competitive reviews, adhering to agency and client standardsAssist in developing thorough Scopes of Work as neededDevelop and manage detailed timelinesManage all client deliverables and deadlinesManage Brand Success Managers/Specialists assigned to duties within the partnership of the Brand Success teamHelp review and maintain all client budgetsOversee all reporting to ensure accuracy and consistencyEnsure quality work from all team members to help exceed client expectationsConcurrently manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and ideasPerform other related duties as assigned Benefits:Flexible PTOEmployee-First CultureFully RemoteWork From Home StipendMedical, Vision, and Dental401K MatchingLife InsuranceIncredible Company ComraderyAnd So Much More!About HigherVisibility: HigherVisibility is a nationally recognized internet marketing agency that offers a full range of internet marketing services, including SEO, PPC Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Website Design, Affiliate Marketing Management, and much more.
