Join a nationally recognized Third-Party Servicer supporting Title IV Federal Financial Aid Programs as our next Director of Client Solutions and Support. You'll be the driving force behind client acquisition, onboarding, and satisfaction. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the company's sales engine, building meaningful partnerships with colleges and universities that depend on timely, accurate, and professional service. This is a full time, fully remote position. What You'll Do: As Director of Client Solutions and Support, you will: • Lead the full sales and client engagement cycle from discovery through contract execution. • Conduct in-depth needs assessments, craft tailored proposals, and guide institutions toward compliance-driven solutions. • Generate and convert leads through strategic marketing and targeted outreach to higher education institutions. • Oversee new client onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions from proposal to production. • Collaborate across divisions to optimize consultant allocation, proposal development, and contract management. • Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to refine messaging and sustain growth. Your Impact You'll play a key role in: • Expanding our client base and deepening institutional partnerships. • Enhancing operational efficiency and risk management through informed Title IV insights. • Building a culture of urgency, accountability, and excellence across sales and support teams. • Developing the next generation of compliance and consulting professionals through strategic leadership. The Ideal Candidate will have: • Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. • 3–5 years of experience in client services, sales support, or operations AND Director-level expertise in Title IV Federal Financial Aid. • Experience in a specific sales-driven or revenue generating position where they contributed to increased growth and profitability through sales or client services. • A consultative communication style that uncovers needs and inspires trust. • Proven success in identifying compliance risks, proposing solutions, and managing complex client relationships. • Experience developing creative alternatives to typical/traditional methods for client engagement and follow-up. • The ability to anticipate or identify problems and recommend mitigation strategies. • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and marketing automation tools. • Bachelor's degree in business, Higher Education Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
