Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to our Sales Director, Directors, and CEO. This role is critical in ensuring leadership has accurate, timely information and operational support to make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling confidential information, pulling reports, and coordinating across departments. Key Responsibilities • Pull, compile, and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership (sales, operations, performance metrics, etc.) • Prepare executive-level summaries, spreadsheets, and presentation materials • Support the Sales Director with administrative and reporting needs • Provide administrative support to Directors and the CEO, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence • Maintain organized records, reports, and internal documentation • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and ensure accuracy of reporting • Assist with operational tasks, process tracking, and follow-ups as assigned • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • Support general office and administrative functions as needed Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office support role • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel, Docs/Word, email, calendars) • Experience pulling, organizing, and maintaining reports and data • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Professional communication skills (written and verbal) • Comfortable working with leadership and handling confidential information Preferred Qualifications • Experience supporting executives or senior leadership • Exposure to sales, operations, or performance reporting • Experience in a fast-paced or multi-location organization Why Join Us • Direct exposure to executive leadership • Stable, full-time role with growth opportunity • Clear responsibilities and structure • Collaborative and professional work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Paid time off Work Location: In person
