About the Role As a Financial Accounting Analyst, you’ll ensure every number adds up and every decision is grounded in accuracy. You’ll take ownership of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis—helping to maintain data integrity, drive performance, and support process improvement initiatives across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities • Prepare accurate and timely daily, weekly, and period-end financial reports that drive business insights and strategic decisions. • Lead period and year-end financial reviews to ensure compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness. • Analyze sales, expenses, inventory, and P&L results; identifying and resolving variances. • Support journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, and cost center reporting. • Track and analyze capital expenditures, vendor payments, and inventory across multiple locations. • Contribute to forecasting and budgeting cycles by analyzing trends and monitoring spend. • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and optimize performance. • Maintain internal controls and data accuracy while supporting continuous process improvements. • Assist with dashboard creation, reporting tool enhancements, and automation of recurring tasks. • Support audits, tax filings, and corporate reporting in collaboration with centralized teams.
