Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator Our client, a well-established CPA firm located in South Denver near the Denver Tech Center, is seeking a part-time administrative professional to support their team during busy season. This on-site role is 15-20 hours per week and is perfect for someone organized, reliable, and ready to help keep the office running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Scan, organize, and file client documents both physically and digitally. • Assist with mailing invoices and other correspondence, including government letters prepared by team members. • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent client service. • Manage client information in the firm’s client portal, supporting clients who use both paper and digital formats. • Coordinate scheduling of client appointments for team members, including virtual and in-person meetings. • Process credit card payments over the phone. • Keep the office organized and assist with general administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Prior office experience and comfort working with computers. • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Quick learner with a helpful, team-oriented mindset. • Able to manage multiple small tasks efficiently during a busy season.
