A rapidly growing, mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to partner directly with the Controller/CFO. What You’ll Do: • Oversee daily accounting functions (GL, reconciliations, close, payroll, AP, intercompany, provider compensation). • Lead P&L and variance analysis, partnering closely with operations leaders. • Improve processes and internal controls while supporting ERP transition (NetSuite). • Review financials, prepare reports, and assist in audits and forecasting. • Mentor and guide other accounting team members as the department grows. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA a plus. • 7+ years progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or lead responsibilities. • Solid foundation in GL, reconciliations, close, and reporting. • NetSuite experience strongly preferred; multi-entity experience a plus. • Calm, collaborative approach with a process-improvement mindset.
