Job Title: AI Python Developer Company: HiCounselor (hiring on behalf of our client) Location: Remote (U.S. based) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (1099 Form) Experience Required: 5+ years Visa: Sponsorship available About the Role HiCounselor is hiring for one of our clients seeking a highly skilled AI Python Developer with strong expertise in machine learning and artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for someone who has deep hands-on experience developing end-to-end AI solutions, from model design and training to deployment in production systems. You’ll be working remotely with cross-functional teams, bringing strong Python engineering and AI/ML knowledge to build intelligent solutions that drive business impact. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models into production environments. • Write high-quality, optimized, and scalable Python code for AI-driven applications. • Apply advanced statistical modeling, NLP, deep learning, and data processing techniques. • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to build robust AI pipelines. • Continuously research and implement cutting-edge AI/ML techniques to improve performance. • Ensure compliance, scalability, and maintainability of AI solutions. Qualifications • 5+ years of professional Python development experience (backend + AI/ML projects). • Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or computer vision. • Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets. • Experience deploying ML models into production (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills. • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. • Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
