Our client, a multi-jurisdictional fintech and digital asset infrastructure provider with presence across the EU, UK, USA, and the Middle East, is looking for an experienced Business & Systems Analyst to translate business and regulatory needs into clear functional/technical requirements, support system integrations, and drive process optimisation across fintech products and internal platforms. The group builds fully regulated rails for both fiat and digital assets, enabling business clients to operate through a single, compliant framework. Its product ecosystem includes IBAN accounts, crypto wallets, cross-border payments, card acquiring, card issuing, and related payment services. 🔍 Responsibilities: Gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements for FinTech products and internal platforms; Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams; Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications; Support system design, integrations, and process optimisation across multiple tools and platforms; Analyse existing workflows and propose improvements focused on scalability and efficiency; Participate in solution validation, UAT, and release coordination; Ensure requirements align with regulatory, operational, and data integrity standards; Maintain clear documentation, user stories, and process diagrams; Support ongoing product enhancements and change management initiatives. 🎓 Requirements: 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst in Fintech, Payments or Banking; Strong understanding of business processes and system architecture; Experience working with technical teams (developers, QA, product); Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written); EU residency is required; Ability to structure complex information and communicate it clearly; Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, or similar is a plus. ✨ The Employer Offers: Competitive salary based on interview results; Opportunity to work on real, production-grade financial systems; Flexible remote working model; International, professional, and collaborative team environment; Exposure to modern FinTech platforms, integrations, and products; Long-term growth as the company and systems scale.
