HG Insights is seeking a Director of Customer Education & Enablement to build and drive our Customer Education efforts - especially around our new PLG-driven self-service capabilities. This role will be key in supporting the adoption of our rapidly growing insights and capabilities along with sharing best practices, customer stories, use cases, and outcomes. This role is pivotal in managing customer relationships, executing self-service focused initiatives, and ensuring successful collaboration to amplify use case awareness, generate demand, and drive revenue growth. As a key member of the marketing team, you will create and execute customer-focused campaigns, including videos, webinars, content development, best practices, and use case initiatives by key customer personas. The ideal candidate is a strategic marketer with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for building and nurturing customers. This role is planned as a management position, and we are looking to hire direct reports for this role once the right candidate is on board. What You'll Be Responsible For: Customer Education Strategy & Execution Develop and execute educational strategies that align with HG Insights’ business objectives and customer goals. Create and manage educational programs, including events, webinars, videos, digital promotions, and content initiatives. Ensure effective positioning and messaging for customer-related educational efforts. Video & Webinar Management Plan and execute customer educational-related events, videos, and webinars to drive engagement, adoption, and pipeline expansion opportunities. Manage logistics, promotions, and post-event follow-up for customer education initiatives. Content Development & Use Case and Persona-Specific Messaging Develop compelling educational content, including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, webinars, and sales enablement materials. Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all educational resources and collateral. Relationship Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for customer education efforts, ensuring seamless communication and alignment. Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to support go-to-market (GTM) efforts. Collaborate with related teams to develop joint value propositions and integrated educational content. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track, measure, and report on the success of customer education initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs). Leverage data insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement. What You’ll Need: 5+ years of experience in customer education, customer success, B2B sales, content marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, enablement, or B2B marketing. Proven success in developing and managing partner customer or customer education programs. Experience with or willingness to learn and implement AI-driven strategies, tools, technology, and processes. Experience, leadership, and management skills to hire and grow your team to support the expanding customer education function. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. Experience in content creation, event management, and digital marketing. Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment. Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), content or learning management platforms (like Highspot, Letter.ai, Flockjay, etc.), and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce). Any web design or development experience preferred. A data-driven mindset with experience in tracking campaign performance and ROI.
