We’re seeking an Entry-Level Systems Engineer eager to learn, grow, and contribute to system integration and operational excellence across multiple industries. Position Overview As an Entry-Level Systems Engineer at HexynTech, you’ll assist in deploying, integrating, and maintaining systems across client environments. You’ll support cloud-based solutions, manage Windows and Microsoft 365 infrastructures, and ensure secure, seamless data connectivity between platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a solid IT foundation who’s ready to expand into real-world environments involving system integrations, migrations, and automation. Key Responsibilities • Assist with deploying and maintaining Windows-based systems and servers • Support integration between internal and client systems (cloud apps, databases, accounting platforms, and APIs) • Participate in system migrations including Office 365, cloud-to-cloud, and legacy infrastructure transitions • Help manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft 365 environments • Perform basic troubleshooting of system, user, and network issues • Support endpoint setup and configuration, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices • Document procedures, configurations, integration flows, and system diagrams • Collaborate with the engineering team on system improvements and client implementations • Maintain accurate logs of updates, issues, and resolutions Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience) • 1–2 years of experience in technical support, IT technician, or junior systems role • Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPNs, DNS, firewalls) • Interest in system integration, cloud services (Azure/AWS), or PowerShell scripting • Strong documentation and organizational skills • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): • Experience with automation, scripting, or API integrations • Familiarity with endpoint management tools (Intune, SCCM) • Exposure to Azure AD or hybrid cloud environments • Understanding of public sector or government contracting environments What We Offer • Hands-on experience with real client projects and integrations • Mentorship and training from senior systems engineers • Flexible remote work environment with growth opportunities • Involvement in impactful technology projects that support business and community success • Competitive pay and professional development support Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
