Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Used Car Sales Consultant. The primary responsibilities of the role include assisting customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive car buying experience. The consultant will also focus on building relationships with customers to promote retention and satisfaction, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the dealership’s inventory. Qualifications • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, ensuring a positive experience throughout the car buying process • Effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and foster customer loyalty • Proven experience in automotive sales, with the ability to guide customers in selecting the right vehicle • Excellent communication abilities for explaining product details, financing options, and addressing customer inquiries • Ability to focus on customer retention and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals • Self-motivated and goal-driven personality, with a commitment to achieving sales targets • Previous experience in the automotive or retail sales industry is an advantage • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
