Full Description

The Digital Customer Service Rep is responsible for the day-to-day data entry and processing for the division, as well as digital communications with customers. This individual will be working inside performing computer processes as well as problem solving customer emails. They must be capable of written and verbal communication and will spend a significant portion of their time on the computer. Reporting to the TNC Field Support team. The hourly rate for this position is $19.50/hr. What You’ll Do: Responsible for compiling and maintaining accurate vehicle records Utilizes Microsoft Office Suite Collaborates with all TNC stakeholders Manages digital communications with customers Perform other office duties as assigned What We’re Looking For: 1+ year in an office setting preferred Proficiency and experience working within Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Results driven, ability to make decisions and help solve problems Ability to drive process and organizational change. Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset and accountability. Ability to see the big picture and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
