Herm Sprenger is a global leader in premium canine and equine equipment. Our U.S. team is small but growing, and we’re seeking a hands-on Outside Sales Manager within our Canine Division with proven pet industry experience to help drive B2B growth. What You’ll Do • Build and manage relationships with dog trainers, pet retailers, groomers, and government/law enforcement suppliers. • Open new accounts and expand existing ones through field visits, trade shows, and direct outreach. • Enter and manage customer orders in our systems to ensure accuracy and excellent service. • Partner closely with customer service and marketing to support launches and promotions. • Bring back market insights to shape our sales strategy. • Light to moderate travel annually. What We’re Looking For • Pet industry sales experience required. • 3+ years of B2B sales success. • Strong relationship-building skills and willingness to “do it all” in a small team. • Comfortable with travel and trade show presence. • Bonus: familiarity with NetSuite or Shopify.
