Role Description This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Jersey City, NJ. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee relations, and addressing workplace issues. Responsibilities include developing HR strategies to meet organizational goals, managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Qualifications • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies • Experience in Human Resources (HR) and understanding of best practices in the field • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations • Proficiency in HR software and tools • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • Certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR is a plus • Prior experience in healthcare HR environments preferred
