Crystal Clean, a leader in the environmental services industry, is looking for a self-motivated team player to join our rapidly growing organization. Specific Duties: • Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery and pipeline distribution systems. • Will be responsible for repairing Centrifugal Pumps, Positive Displacement Pumps, Reciprocal Compressors and Mechanical Seals. • Familiar with Mechanical Seal piping plans. • Operate conventional lathe and milling machines. • Able to perform PM's and equipment inspections, recording and reporting observations. • Maintain Spare parts inventory and submit order requests as needed to maintain minimum stock levels. • Record repairs and maintenance performed. • Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts, equipment, and machinery. • Disassemble machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs. • Examine parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear. • Reassemble equipment after completion of inspections, testing, or repairs. • Repair and maintain the operating condition of industrial production and processing machinery and equipment. • Repair and replace broken or malfunctioning components of machinery and equipment. • Observe and test the operation of machinery and equipment in order to diagnose malfunctions, using testing devices. • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards. • Performs other related duties as assigned.
