Role Description We are looking for a organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing sales operations. This role functions as a dedicated sales assistant and office administrator focused exclusively on managing leads, tracking sales data, organizing documentation, and maintaining the accuracy of our reporting systems. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential, as accurate statistics and tracking are critical to our business. This is a fully remote position with consistent weekday hours. Key Responsibilities • Manage incoming leads across various platforms and ensure timely follow-up by the sales team • Maintain, update, and organize all sales data, pipelines, and customer information • Monitor job statuses and update internal systems to keep all teams informed • Coordinate communication between sales, operations, and administrative teams • Handle general administrative duties related specifically to sales activities Qualifications • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively • High attention to detail and accuracy—especially with data entry and reporting • Experience with CRM platforms (Jobber, EagleView, or similar tools is not required, but a plus!) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Sheets/Excel proficiency preferred) Schedule • Full-time • Monday–Friday • 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Remote Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Work Location: Remote
