Brand Outreach Representative (Advertising Opportunities) Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid Remote with local preference) Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Salary: $20.00/hourly About the Role Here 2 Serve Consulting specializes in marketing, sales, sponsorship strategy, and customer experience solutions for businesses of all sizes. We are looking for a proactive Brand Outreach Representative to connect with local, regional and national brands to secure meetings for a wide range of advertising and partnership opportunities. These may include events, digital campaigns, experiential activations, sponsorships, collaborations, and other brand marketing initiatives. Your main responsibility is outreach and meeting generation only — no closing or selling required. Responsibilities • Research and identify target brands across multiple industries (lifestyle, hospitality, tech, beverage, beauty, fashion, wellness, automotive, finance, entertainment, etc.) • Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social media to introduce our advertising and partnership opportunities • Clearly communicate the value of our offerings and spark brand interest • Secure qualified meetings between brand decision-makers and our internal team • Maintain an organized CRM or tracking sheet of outreach, responses, and scheduled calls • Provide weekly activity reports and scheduled meeting summaries Ideal Candidate • Strong communicator who feels confident reaching out to brand marketing managers, partnership teams, agencies, or founders • Experience in brand partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, sales development (SDR), or sponsorship outreach is a plus • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently • Understanding of advertising, events, or brand marketing is helpful • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required • Excellent follow up Compensation • Commission or hourly + bonuses per qualified meeting • Increased incentives for high-value brand meetings • Flexible schedule and hybrid remote work options Why Join Us? • Opportunity to connect with top brands and emerging companies • Focused solely on outreach and appointment setting — no closing needed • Flexible, results-driven role with scalable earning potential • Work across a diverse range of advertising, brand activation, and sponsorship opportunities
