As an entry-level Recruiter at Hercules Concrete, you will work in a fast-paced environment focused on recruiting for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians, and more. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting and staffing, reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, and maintaining daily administrative functions.
