Overview THE ROLE: The Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) is a global non-profit foundation dedicated to improving the lives of children and families around the world by helping provide access to good nutrition. HFF is seeking a Senior Finance Manager who will oversee the financial operations of the foundation, ensuring strong fiscal stewardship, compliance, and operational excellence. This role manages routine accounting, accounts receivable and payable management, budgeting, forecasting, financial statement preparation and reporting, account reconciliations and analyses, and grant financial administration, while supporting strategic fiscal decision-making for the Foundation's global initiatives. The Senior Manager will reside within Herbalife corporate finance leading HFF’s Financial responsibilities, collaborate with external auditors, may present at HFF board meetings and/or discussions; and will have 2 direct reports. Reporting to the Senior Director of SEC Financial Reporting this role requires the ability to lead with process optimization, ethical stewardship and accountability. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: • Financial Management & Reportingo Ensure all accounting and financial reporting is accurate, timely and complies with established accounting procedures and policies.o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses, projections, and grant spending summarieso Review B/S account reconciliations and analyses.o Identify and implement improvements in HFF processes by reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.o Map, document, and refine end-to-end finance workflows, identifying gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.o Oversee and supervise the annual audit, budget planning, forecasting, and other duties as they arise.• Grant Financial Oversighto Oversee financial compliance for all grants, including budget reviews, payment schedules, reporting requirements, and year-end reconciliation.o Coordinate and work closely with team as it relates to fundraising activities, programs and strategic plans.o Conduct financial due diligence and risk assessments for new partnerships, improving evaluation consistency and efficiency.• Compliance, Governance & Audito Ensure compliance with IRS regulations by coordinating annual audits and 990 filings, preparing schedules and documentation in partnership with corporate finance and external auditors• Othero Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with various departments, Herbalife Distributors, and employees to promote and uphold Foundation mission and impact.o Perform additional duties as assigned and assist with other special Accounting/Financial projects. Working closely with corporate, regional and local teams, funds are raised from distributors and employees to provide grant funding to nonprofit organizations in more than 60 countries. Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred• 8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a nonprofit, foundation, or corporate social impact setting• Demonstrated managerial or supervisory experience• Excellent problem solving and written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.• Ability to adapt and work efficiently in dynamic environments with deadline pressures.• Ability to interact with different departments and organizations to get the work done.• Proficiency with MSOffice, experience with GL software (prior Abila experience preferred)• Knowledgeable in Nonprofit Organization GMP• Working knowledge of tax laws and regulations applicable to tax-exempt organizations• Ability to design and implement process improvements. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will have 2 direct reports of 2 Senior accountants.
