Overview ROLE AT A GLANCE: The Senior Compensation Analyst supports the design, analysis, and delivery of market-competitive, equitable compensation programs across base pay, incentives, and recognition, enabling fair, data-driven decisions and a great employee experience within Total Rewards. HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT: • Market pricing and job evaluation • Conduct job evaluations and market pricing; analyze survey data to recommend salary ranges, structures, and pay positioning by role, level, and location. • Support job architecture and leveling work: define criteria (scope, complexity, decisions, impact), map roles to levels, and maintain job data quality. • Annual compensation cycles • Support end-to-end administration of merit, bonus, and equity cycles; build planning models, monitor budgets, run quality checks, and analyze outcomes for equity and effectiveness. • Analytics and reporting • Perform scenario modeling, trend analysis, and pay equity diagnostics to guide business decisions. • Policies, compliance, and controls • Ensure adherence to compensation policies, pay governance, and regulatory requirements; maintain audit trails and documentation. • Technology and Data • Leverage HRIS/comp tools (e.g., Payfactors, Oracle, Survey platforms) to automate and scale processes; ensure data integrity and audit readiness. • Stakeholder partnership • Advise HRBPs, TA, and managers on offers, promotions, market adjustments, and org design implications; prepare concise summaries for approvals. • Communication and enablement • Prepare clear employee-facing materials (e.g., total rewards statements) and manager toolkits to support understanding and adoption of compensation programs. • Deliver total rewards training and manager/employee communications that promote clarity and trust. • Additional duties as needed. Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS: Education:• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or related field• 4–6+ years of compensation experience with hands-on market pricing, job evaluation, and annual planning; global exposure preferred. Preferred qualifications:• Experience supporting job architecture/leveling projects. • Familiarity with global regulations (e.g., works councils, statutory bonuses) and pay transparency laws.• CCP or progress toward certification is a plus.
