At least 1 year of short-form video editing experience, proficiency in mobile editing tools, intermediate Adobe Premiere Pro skills, and understanding of social media video best practices.
Job Description: • Use mobile video editing tools to create engaging social-first video edits from HCM original video footage and sourced video footage • Employ strong editorial and social judgement to build engaging narratives • Make creative decisions on framing, cutaways, zooms, sound effects, captions, and text • Set and maintain a video workflow for HCM, from rough cut to final deliverables • Maintain a video production calendar in Asana • Quality control work, ensuring only the highest quality deliverables are provided Requirements: • 1+ years of experience in short-form video editing • Proficient in mobile video editing and experience using tools like Capcut, Prequel, Edits, Canva, etc. • Intermediate user of Adobe Premiere Pro • Basic understanding of color correction, audio mixing, motion design, and multi-cam editing • A strong understanding of what makes an effective and watchable video on social media • Ability to work 20 hours per week Benefits: • flexible work arrangements • professional development
