Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee diverse construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will drive project success while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Duties • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and specifications. • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams including contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless project flow. • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. • Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and construction documents to ensure clarity and compliance with design intent. • Oversee site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed diligently while managing construction site experience requirements. • Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management software for documentation, communication, and project tracking. • Manage project estimates through construction estimating techniques to control costs effectively. • Ensure accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and daily reports. • Facilitate project meetings for effective project coordination and communication among all stakeholders. • Conduct regular site inspections to verify work quality and adherence to schematics and safety standards. • Manage time effectively across multiple projects by prioritizing tasks and leveraging strong time management skills. Experience • Proven experience in construction management with a minimum of several years working on large-scale commercial or civil projects. • Extensive knowledge of construction site operations including blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and site safety procedures. • Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid or similar tools. • Strong background in project scheduling and project management principles with demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time. • Familiarity with contracts negotiation and administration within the construction industry. • Ability to coordinate multiple teams efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality control. • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
