We are seeking an HR Clerk and become a key player in our human resources department. In this role, you will support daily HR operations and ensure all HR processes run smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews. • Maintain and organize employee files and documentation. • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. • Process employee requests related to leave, benefits, and payroll. • Help in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. • Prepare reports and assist in HR projects as needed. • Conduct research related to HR initiatives and benchmarking. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in HR or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role. • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Strong problem-solving skills.
