Full Description

We are seeking an HR Clerk and become a key player in our human resources department. In this role, you will support daily HR operations and ensure all HR processes run smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and grow in the HR field. Key Responsibilities • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews. • Maintain and organize employee files and documentation. • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience. • Process employee requests related to leave, benefits, and payroll. • Help in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures. • Prepare reports and assist in HR projects as needed. • Conduct research related to HR initiatives and benchmarking. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in HR or related field preferred. • 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative role. • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. • Strong problem-solving skills.
