JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for developing and executing the organization’s eCommerce strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and overall digital performance. This role oversees all aspects of the digital customer experience, including site operations, merchandising, digital marketing, analytics, conversion optimization, and performance monitoring. The role leads cross-functional teams and partners with marketing, technology, product, logistics, and customer service to deliver seamless and engaging online shopping experiences. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute short- and long-term ecommerce strategies to achieve revenue, GP, and customer growth goals. Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to plan and execute digital campaigns, SEO/SEM activities, email marketing, and the promotional calendar. Monitor and analyze ecommerce KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, LTV, traffic sources, and abandonment rates. Use these insights to refine strategies and drive performance improvements. Assess customer needs to ensure appropriate product mix Product lifecycle management including updating product descriptions, pricing, pictures, review sales trends for discontinuations and add-ons to optimize mix for sales and profitability Conduct competitive and market analysis to track industry trends and ensure optimal product mix and pricing Work with various departments within the organization to ensure alignment on product information, pricing, etc. Drive website brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic to acquire leads Responsible for online advertising and social media activities for MyCareSupplies.com and other relevant businesses. Develop content according to best practices for Search Engine Optimization, including, but not limited to, product updates, landing page optimizations, meta data optimizations, and content production. Drive continuous improvement of online shopping experience by continually evaluating the website and by providing recommendations for changes to the online shopping experience. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned. SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Ability to forge relationships and partnerships with customers, referral sources, vendors, and company personnel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Home Health business, including referral sources and reimbursement, preferred but not required Ability to handle a variety of assignments GENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: Excellent management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills Outstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills Understand, interpret and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability Ability to plan and manage complex and successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget and assign areas of responsibility Lead teams to achieve company goals and solve complex business issues in creative and effective ways Outstanding planning and organizational skills and techniques Communicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders Strong negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships Ability to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics Broad and wide range of professional and managerial skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures Ability to lead and develop virtual teams Outstanding in multiple technical and business skills MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: Typically 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience including a minimum 7 years of e-commerce experience required preferably in the healthcare industry and 2 or more years of professional experience in Marketplace channel management (Amazon, Walmart, etc.); 3 or more years of management experience. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline with a Marketing concentration preferred. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $112,003 - $175,005 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. At the time of this posting, this position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range subject to the achievement of the plan.
