Candidates should have 2 to 4 years of related professional experience and preferably a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer service skills are essential.
JOB OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for supporting and managing various operational functions of the USDG business such as but not limited to managing the contract management database, supporting eProcurement activities, managing the onboarding process of new customers, conducting pricing reviews, initiating business enhancement activities, and supporting gross profit maintenance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage USDG contract management database in partnership with the contract teams and complete analysis of contracts, chargebacks, rejections, eligibility requirements and sales to find increased profit opportunities. Strategically review, monitor, support, and conduct pricing analysis and ensure pricing is reflective Provide ongoing support related to pricing for specialty markets and update pricing as needed. Routinely, conduct sales plan analysis. Monitor pricing is reflective of agreement obligations. Reviews marketing adjustments and maintenance. Resolve pricing discrepancies and other complex operational issues. Partners with internal teams to provide tools for business leaders and sales teams to help manage margin and pricing. Mange new customer onboardings, ensuring clear communication and efficient completion of required tasks by internal and external stakeholders. In collaboration with leadership, plans and executes tailored onboarding strategies aligned to customer needs. Provide necessary data and all operational support during new customer integrations. Responsible for eProcurement activities for the USDG teams and customers and represents Henry Schein’s eProcurement capabilities in sales meetings, discussions and customer reviews. Provides ongoing support and training for internal and external stakeholders on eProcurement tools. Coordinate with internal teams to monitor and review product restrictions and access for specialty markets. Partners with leadership and appropriate business units to evaluate, enhance and implement process improvement initiatives, workflows, and SOPs Supports performance against operational goals and develops reporting and auditing processes to analyze operational efficiencies including but not limited to, use of small order fees, freight, expedited freight, handling fees, etc. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Sales operations experience Experience in reporting and analyzing data Knowledge of pricing, sales plans, and contracts Negotiation experience Strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong analytical skills. Must be very detail oriented. Able to prioritize multiple tasks. PREFERRED EDUCATION: Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required. The posted range for this position is $62,305-$97,352 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
