7+ years of professional experience with first-level management, fluency in Spanish, expertise in JDE, Siebel, Salesforce, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Description: • Manage the Outside North America Dealer Sales (ONDS) Customer Excellence function. • Manage the order process and quality customer service. • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders. • Organize and prioritize overall objectives for the department. • Develop recommendations on improvements in current procedures and policies. • Partner with regional sales teams and supply chain for order handling. • Resolve escalated customer inquiries. Requirements: • Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; first-level manager. • Excellent knowledge of JDE, Siebel, Salesforce, Data Warehouse, and MS Office applications. • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service policies and procedures. • Ability to speak Spanish fluently. • Consistently demonstrated leadership and communication skills. • Ability to build morale and motivate stakeholders. • Excellent negotiation and dispute resolution skills. • Excellent presentation skills.
