Full Description

GENERAL SUMMARY: • This full-time position will work under the Center's hybrid model (3 days required in the office, and 2 days working from home). • Experience working in a team oriented environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams is required. • Strong customer service, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills required • This position will be required to manage significant and key aspects of one or more moderate sized research and/or QI projects from start-up to closeout, and any other ongoing project management tasks related to assigned research and/or QI project. • Work closely on one or more moderately complex projects/assignments in collaboration with leadership including the Principal Investigator, Senior Bioscientific Staff, and/or Director or Vice President. • Manage significant and key aspects of one or more small to moderate research projects from start-up to closeout, or ongoing research functions. • Oversee day-to-day operations of team members working on assigned studies and projects. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • Bachelor's degree in a related field and five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years of research experience; experience leading cross functional teams or a small to moderate sized project. • OR • Master's degree in a related field and six (6) months of research experience. • Experience working in a team orientated environment and comfortable working with cross-functional teams required. • Strong customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills required. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and a general knowledge of medical terminology preferred. • CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED: CAP-M or PMI Project Management Professional certification or similar preferred. Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals certification preferred.
