General Summary • Responsible for operationalizing nursing education across all sites to support consistent orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice. • This role focuses on implementation, coordination, and facilitation of standardized nursing education programs developed at the system level. • Collaborates with leaders and educators across hospitals to ensure smooth adoption of system workflows, tools and learning content. • Supports clinical practice improvements by delivering education, tracking learner progress, and escalating trends that require curriculum or process changes. • Serves as a system resource for frontline education execution and onboarding excellence. Position: 40 hours per week • Shift: Day Shifts • Benefits: Full time benefit package • INTERNAL CANDIDATES MUST APPLY WITH INTERNAL PROFILE Education/Experience Required • Bachelor's degree in nursing required. • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery. • Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials. • Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats. Must be self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. • Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities. Certifications/Licensures Required • Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure.
