Oversee staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality control in a healthcare setting.
Requires 5+ years of applicable experience with at least 2 years in leadership, and relevant education or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities: • Develops goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. • Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. • Prepares operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. • Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. • Directs and evaluates practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives. Education/Experience: • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to pivot quickly within a fast-paced environment. • This leader will need to have a presence at the various clinics across the Metro Detroit area. • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership/management. Or • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
