Your Role with the Company: As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll leverage your expertise in Controls Engineering to design and deliver advanced electrical systems. This role requires hands-on design of AC/DC schematics, power distribution, lighting, grounding, and control systems for diverse applications. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with global codes and standards, and play a key role in advancing innovation and sustainability. What You’ll Do • Design AC/DC electrical schematics for low- and medium-power systems. • Develop designs for power distribution, lighting, grounding, and low-voltage control systems. • Prepare drawings, specifications, load calculations, and BOMs using AutoCAD, Revit, or EPLAN. • Ensure system safety and compliance with codes (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC). • Collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to deliver integrated solutions. • Support continuous improvement through template creation, process innovation, and tool adoption. Background Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (EIT/PE preferred but not required) • 1–7+ years of professional electrical design experience • Must have experience w/ UL508A and/or power distribution. • Exposure to power electronics. • Proficiency with CAD/BIM platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, EPLAN) • Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, IEEE, IEC codes and standards • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines Additional Job Details • Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 (Plus 10% bonus) • 401K 50% match up to 10% • Location: Raleigh, NC • Type of Role: Full-time, Direct Hire • Travel Required: Minimal • Relocation Assistance: Yes • Visa Sponsorship:TN visa, US Citizen or Green Card holder
