What you´ll do Order & TO Management: Open and close orders and transfer orders (TOs); track and report open TOs to the Warehouse team. Production Oversight: Manage line starts, monitor process order variances, and ensure timely changeover communication (bulk, components, and quality ready 1 hour prior). Issue Escalation: Handle quality escalations (QIRs, samples, tracking), compounding issues, and batch delays or rejections. Shift Coordination: Prepare shift reports and ensure effective supervisor handoffs to maintain operational continuity. Planning & Data Analysis: Support shift planning with the scheduler and perform data analysis to drive shift performance improvements. What makes you a good fit High School/GED a must This position is on 2nd shift Good communication skills and proficient in reading and writing English for safe and effective performance of the position. Proficient math skills as demonstrated by job performance. Working knowledge of SAP operating systems Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment through job performance. The salary for this role is $23.00- $26.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
