• Lead SEC reporting (10K, 10Q, 8K) • Own SOX processes • Lead technical accounting areas • Advise on M&A transactions • Build out a team! MUST HAVE: • CPA Highly preferred • Public company SEC reporting experience REQUIRED • Pre-IPO SEC reporting highly preferred Desired Skills and Experience Pre-IPO Technology/AI company is looking for it's first ever Director of SEC Reporting as they build out their accounting and finance team and gear up for an IPO Must have extensive SEC reporting experience, ideally at both pre AND post IPO companies Based in NYC, hybrid!
