The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to generate leads and support overall business growth. This role oversees the marketing team, manages budgets, and ensures alignment of all marketing efforts with company goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background and demonstrated success in executing a B2B professional services lead generation strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the company’s overall marketing and lead generation strategy, including paid, SEO, digital content, events, and traditional marketing channels. • Monitor and analyze performance of campaigns, adjusting strategies to optimize ROI and provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on marketing effectiveness and key metrics. • Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and external agency relationships. • Lead, mentor, and manage a small marketing team to deliver high-quality lead generation campaigns and initiatives. • Collaborate with Sales and other internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and support revenue generation. • Ensure the company brand is consistently represented across all platforms and communications. • Oversee and assist in the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blogs, email campaigns, presentations, social media, etc. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing technologies. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Requirements: • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth. • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and branding. • Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor/agency relationships. • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • 5-7+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles preferably focused on lead generation in a professional services field, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
