In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our customer engagement and supporting the seamless operation of our administrative functions. You will work closely with team members across departments to ensure that our customers’ needs are met promptly and efficiently. Support the accounting team with administrative tasks like invoicing, data entry, and record management. Develop and maintain a tracking system for customer feedback and complaints to improve service delivery. Prepare reports and presentations on customer satisfaction and service performance metrics. Collaborate with various departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and operational efficiency. Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the accounting or transportation sectors. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
