We Need a Marketing Master for Our Natural Health Company Our natural health company is growing fast, and we're looking for a top-tier Marketing Manager to lead our digital efforts. This isn't an entry-level position. We need a seasoned expert who can take our brand to the next level. If you're a high-performer with a proven track record, we want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: • Building and Managing Shopify Sites: You'll be in charge of creating and optimizing our e-commerce platforms. This includes everything from site design and product listings to app integrations and user experience. • Dominating on Amazon: You'll be the architect of our Amazon strategy, managing product listings, optimizing for search, running effective ad campaigns, and driving sales. You must be deeply familiar with the Amazon ecosystem. • Driving High-Quality Traffic: Your primary focus will be on sending targeted traffic from both Google and Facebook Ads to our Shopify and Amazon stores. You must be an expert in building, managing, and optimizing these campaigns to maximize ROI. • Creating High-Impact Content: You'll be responsible for producing compelling video and ad copy for our display ads. Your work must be persuasive, engaging, and designed to convert. Who We're Looking For: • A Proven Expert: You must have a demonstrable history of success in all the areas listed above. We are not interested in generalists. We need a specialist. • A Strategic Thinker: You're not just a doer; you're a strategist who can develop a comprehensive marketing plan and execute it flawlessly. • A Content Creator: You're comfortable writing compelling copy and have experience creating and editing video content for marketing purposes. • A Data-Driven Marketer: You live and breathe metrics. You know how to track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators to prove the effectiveness of your work. • Experience in Natural Health: You must have a deep understanding of the natural health products and supplements market, including its unique challenges and opportunities. Requirements: • Proven track record of building and scaling e-commerce businesses in the natural health or a related industry. • Expert-level knowledge of Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads. • Proficiency in video production and compelling ad copywriting. • Three professional references who can attest to your expertise and results. • Samples of your work and a clear track record of success. Compensation: • Starting at $800 a week, plus a percentage of sales. The percentage will be discussed with qualified candidates.
