Job Title: Part-Time Facebook & Instagram Ads Specialist Company: Hello Digital Social Media Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Compensation: $15/hour to start (1099 contractor; no benefits) Hours: Flexible—approximately 2–3 hours/day, Monday–Friday (can grow) Overview: Hello Digital Social Media partners with small businesses and real estate professionals to drive leads and brand awareness through targeted Facebook and Instagram advertising. We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Ads Specialist to set up, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns—no content creation required. In addition to campaign management, you’ll attend a brief weekly meeting with the owner and log your hours using our time-tracking software. This is a remote, part-time role with a flexible schedule and room to grow. Key Responsibilities: • Build, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns aligned with client goals (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness) • Monitor KPIs (CPC, CTR, ROAS) and adjust audiences, budgets, bids, and ad placements to maximize performance • Organize and maintain ad accounts—proper naming conventions, folder structure, and up-to-date billing information • Prepare concise weekly performance summaries for internal review • Continuously test new audience segments and placements to improve results • Attend a weekly check-in meeting with the owner to review campaign progress and priorities • Record and submit your time daily/weekly using our designated time-tracking software Qualifications: • Minimum 6 months hands-on experience managing Facebook & Instagram ads (client or personal projects) • Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager: campaign structure, A/B testing, pixel setup, custom audiences • Reliable high-speed internet connection and your own computer (Windows or Mac) • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable reviewing data, spotting trends, and making data-backed optimizations • Exceptional attention to detail—double-checking targeting settings, budgets, and schedules before launch • Clear, timely communication (via email or Slack) and ability to work independently • Willingness to learn new platform features and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement Position Details: • Schedule: ~2–3 hours/day (Monday–Friday), hours are flexible as long as tasks and reporting deadlines are met • Weekly Meeting: Must attend a short weekly video call (15–30 minutes) to discuss campaign performance and upcoming priorities • Time Tracking: Required to log all billable hours in our time-tracking software • Pay: $15/hour to start; performance reviews may lead to more hours or higher pay • Status: 1099 contractor (no benefits)—you supply your own computer, internet, and any necessary software/subscriptions • Growth Opportunity: Consistent, high-quality work can lead to expanded responsibilities and higher compensation How to Apply: If you meet the qualifications and want more information, text the word "pineapple" to 704-619-8671 to apply.
