Senior Project Manager Key Responsibilities: • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. • Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using change management techniques. • Report and escalate issues to management as needed. • Conduct regular project meetings and ensure documentation is up to date. • Ensure projects meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. • Manage risks and develop mitigation plans. Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or related field. • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana). • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Experience managing cross-functional or technical teams. • Familiarity with budgeting and cost control. • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
