Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing facility. This role is essential for maintaining and troubleshooting a diverse range of equipment and systems, ensuring optimal operational efficiency. Responsibilities • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems. • Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to diagnose issues accurately. • Conduct electrical troubleshooting using tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, and voltmeters on low and high voltage systems. • Repair and maintain programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to ensure seamless automation operations. • Support field service activities by diagnosing problems on-site at various locations within the facility or customer sites. • Maintain detailed maintenance records in CMMS for compliance and analysis purposes. • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. • Assist in training team members on maintenance procedures and safety protocols. • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with industry standards such as HVAC/R, industrial electrician practices, and mechanical innovations. Experience • Proven industrial mechanic or maintenance technician experience within a manufacturing facility environment. • Demonstrated knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits (including high voltage), hydraulics, and pneumatics. • Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and industrial control systems. • Familiarity with CMMS software for scheduling maintenance tasks and recording work performed. • Skilled in reading schematics, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. • Strong analysis skills for troubleshooting complex machinery issues efficiently. • Knowledge of , precision measuring instruments, and low voltage electrical systems. • Background in industrial maintenance roles that involve working with schematics, schematics interpretation, and technical sales support is advantageous. • Military experience or training in related technical fields is considered a valuable asset.
