How You'll Help: We are seeking a Manager, Growth Marketing to serve as the architect of lead driving campaigns that fuel our sales funnel. You’ll play a hands-on, high-impact role in determining the channels and offers that help our personas understand who we are and what we do in support of our revenue targets. You’ll work closely with the VP, Growth Marketing, to innovate and iterate on themes, channels, and technology to adopt best practices and elevate our marketing engine. What You Will Do: Design, build, and launch multi-channel campaigns that drive high-quality awareness and intent Act as the primary Hubspot owner for the team (with Ops support) to build and automate landing pages, emails, webinars, and workflows that power lead generation and engagement Collaborate with Product Mktg, Brand & Comms, and others to craft copy that hooks and design landing pages that convert Dive into Hubspot, Salesforce, ad platforms, and other tools to see what’s working, apply learnings, and help propel the team forward Monitor and report campaign performance - from Hubspot to Salesforce, Marketing to Sales - and push forward next steps or optimizations at a rigorous pace Leverage AI tools to accelerate production and execution, helping our team stay agile and high-output Support the overall GTM function to illustrate the value of HelioCampus to prospects and customers to improve conversion rates from MQL to opportunity You Will Be a Good Fit For This Role If You Have: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing) 2–3 years of growth marketing or demand generation experience (B2B SaaS or edtech preferred) Experience with HubSpot Ability to execute across multiple channels (email, paid, social) with deep expertise in at least one Strong analytical skills and ability to translate performance data into creative pivots Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong project management and time management skills Collaborative mindset and comfort working cross-functionally Experimentation mindset, including adoption of emerging tools and AI Ability to travel up to 10% Nice To Have’s Include: Salesforce preferred Familiarity with Canva Location: HelioCampus has two locations, Bethesda, MD and Chapel Hill, NC. This specific role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to an office or client site.
