About the role The role owns the company’s paid media and SEO strategy and execution, with a focus on driving measurable growth across two main areas: demand generation (pipeline opportunities) and eCommerce (RoAS, AOV). What you'll do Drive strategy and execution for paid media and SEO programs. Optimize campaigns to grow both qualified pipeline and eCommerce revenue. Partner with technical teams to implement SEO, CRO, and UX enhancements. Collaborate with content, design, sales, and product teams to align programs with business goals. Analyze performance and report on KPIs to guide budget and strategy decisions. Proven success driving pipeline growth and eCommerce KPIs like RoAS and AOV. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, Salesforce, and a basic understanding of Marketo or similar platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills, comfortable with Looker Studio or similar tools. Excellent collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
