Responsibilities As a Business Analyst I on a Product Team, you'll perform research work, product analytics, and business analysis to support product strategy, roadmap decisions, and deliver outcomes. Product and Business Analytics: - Applies knowledge gained from experience to provide credible, action-oriented analyses that informs product strategy, prioritization, and roadmap decisions. -Builds and maintains product performance reporting tied to adoption, usage, operational efficiency, financial impact, and customer outcomes. -Partners with Product Managers to define and measure success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, value realization) -Supports discovery and delivery by conducting: Opportunity sizing, Impact modeling, & Post-launch performance analysis - Translates complex data into clear insights for product, engineering, and business leaders What is your background? - A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience - 1+ years of experience in retail or business analysis - Experience applying analytical, financial, or operational principles to business and/or product development.
