Company: Heavenly Helpers In-Home Services Location: Herndon, VA 20192 Job Type: Part-time (Approx. 10 hours/week) Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour Benefits: • Health insurance • Dental insurance • Vision insurance Job Summary: Heavenly Helpers In-Home Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide in-home and community-based support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role focuses on promoting independence, safety, and quality of life through personalized care and engagement. Schedule: • Tuesday& Thursday : 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM Responsibilities: • Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including hygiene, meals, and mobility • Support individuals in community outings and therapeutic activities • Document daily progress, behaviors, and incidents accurately • Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols • Maintain a safe and respectful environment • Provide emergency care and respond to crisis situations as needed • Transport clients using your personal vehicle when required (Mileage reimbursement) Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum 6 months or 100 hours of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities • Completion of 90-hour training or documented education Job Type: Part-time Pay: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour Work Location: In person
