About the Role We're looking for a detail-obsessed AR specialist who knows Dolphin inside and out to join our growing team. You'll work directly with orthodontic practices to clean up outstanding insurance accounts, follow up on claims, and ensure timely reimbursements. This is a remote, independent contractor position. Part-time to start with real growth potential as we expand. What You'll Be Doing • Daily claim management (initial, secondary, continuation, and WIP claims) • Follow-up on denied, rejected, or past-due insurance claims • Posting insurance EFT payments • Ledger audits and account reconciliation • Insurance verification and claim support • Weekly reporting and communication with practice teams • Managing your accounts through Asana (we'll train you if needed) What We're Looking For • Background working in or with orthodontic practices • Strong experience with Dolphin practice management software (specifically the financials and insurance side) • Deep knowledge of orthodontic insurance billing, claims submission, and AR processes • Self-starter who can work independently without hand-holding • Exceptional attention to detail (you catch the things others miss) • Clear, professional communicator • Organized and reliable Bonus Points • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools About Heartwise Collective We're an orthodontic consulting company that helps practices transform chaotic operations into sustainable, profitable systems.
