Role Description Heartland Security is seeking experienced Unarmed Security Officers for overnight hotel assignments in New Jersey and New York. Officers will provide a professional security presence during organized student hotel stays and support hotel management in maintaining a safe, structured, and orderly environment. Pay Rate- $20/hour Responsibilities: • Conduct hallway and floor patrols during overnight hours • Support hotel staff with adherence to group guidelines • Respond to noise concerns and guest issues • Monitor assigned areas and report incidents as needed • Maintain detailed daily activity reports • Provide professional customer service to hotel staff and guests Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of security experience • Valid NJ SORA License/ NYS Guard Card • Strong communication and report writing skills • Professional demeanor and appearance • Ability to remain alert and active during overnight shifts • Reliable transportation Prior experience in hotel security, school security, or group supervision environments is preferred.
