A company is looking for an Account Manager- Provider Engagement. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the main point of contact for physician partners, ensuring strong communication and relationship management • Conduct outreach to physicians to introduce and reinforce the value of services and identify improvement opportunities • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and monitor engagement metrics to address utilization or satisfaction concerns Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 5+ years of account management, customer success, or physician relations experience in healthcare • Experience working directly with physicians or clinical staff strongly preferred • Comfort with digital health platforms, telemedicine, or healthcare technology solutions • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and deliver solutions with minimal supervision
