The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for querying and interpreting large amounts of data from a variety of sources, analyzing existing and emerging opportunities, and synthesizing it into accessible, easy-to-understand, actional reports for internal consumption. This is a 100% Telecommuting Position [may work from anywhere in the U.S. mainland and/or territories]. Along with the benefits listed below, the salary range for this role is $93,700 - $94,000 commensurate with experience. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Duties/Responsibilities: Leading the development of methods and processes to utilize data to enable effective and timely business decisions across the organization. Required Skills/Abilities: U.S. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in any quantitative (e.g. STEM) discipline. Minimum two years' experience with business analysis in the Medicare space including querying and interpreting large datasets from various sources, analyzing trends, and synthesizing insights into actionable reports; developing data collection methods, analytical processes, and scalable reporting solutions; and proficiency with SQL, Python, Hadoop, and DOMO. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer. Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing. Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
