The Associate Risk Reporting Analyst supports the Risk Management Division by ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting for compliance, agent performance, and risk-related activities. This role focuses on maintaining data integrity, preparing dashboards, and validating datasets used by leadership, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Risk Data Manager, the associate will execute recurring reporting tasks, manage data pipelines, and uphold high standards of data quality to meet operational and regulatory requirements. Duties/Responsibilities: · Provide support and guidance for risk reporting and compliance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. · Collaborate with key stakeholders to execute recurring reporting and dashboard updates in DOMO, supporting compliance and risk monitoring initiatives. · Partner cross-functionally with risk, compliance, audit, and data teams to maintain reporting frameworks, validate datasets, and ensure alignment with governance standards. · Develop and maintain processes for data quality checks, including validation of joins, deduplication, and anomaly detection across multiple data sources. · Maintain reporting schedules, workflows, and project management tools; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work. · Own the operational process for preparing audit documentation, compliance packets, and supporting datasets for internal and external reviews. · Create and refresh dashboards, visualizations, and summaries based on defined requirements; monitor scheduled report runs and escalate discrepancies. · Document reporting processes, maintain reference materials, and organize metadata, data dictionaries, and SOPs for ongoing team use. · Provide clear and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding reporting status, audit timelines, and data integrity issues. · Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in data science, Business Analytics or Computer Science or equivalent experience 0- 2 Years of experience Basic understanding of SQL, to generate metrics and reports and synthesize them into actionable recommendations. Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, datasets, and structured reports. Ability to follow established workflows and maintain data consistency. Clear and timely communication with supervisors and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Eagerness to learn BI tools, compliance reporting, and risk-related data structures. Preferred Skills/Abilities: Experience working with dashboards, spreadsheets, or BI tools. Understanding of Medicare, insurance operations, or regulatory reporting (not required but a plus). Familiarity with data tools such as DOMO (basic level acceptable; training will be provided). Experience handling data feeds or reconciling numbers across systems. Knowledge of audit, QA, or compliance workflows. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position (e.g., sitting or standing) for extended periods of time, typically in a cubicle environment (constant noise, fluorescent overhead lighting) Frequent use of a computer, dual monitors, keyboard, mouse, and other standard office equipment such as a telephone, copier, and printer. Must be able to communicate effectively, including exchanging information in person, in writing, by telephone, email or video conferencing. Visual and auditory acuity required to perform job duties effectively, including reading, writing, and interpreting information on screens or in print.
